Christine has lived in Rancho Palos Verdes for over 15 years. She has a Ph.D. in Chemistry from UCLA and was a professor of chemistry at Palomar College in San Diego, El Camino College in Torrance and Pierce College in Woodland Hills from 1973-1978. She taught organic chemistry and introductory chemistry and laboratory courses for science and non-science majors.

In addition to classroom teaching, she set aside several hours a week tutoring students who had difficulty understanding some of the abstract concepts of chemistry. Her students benefited tremendously from the individual attention and in-depth explanations she gave to each one of them.

Christine then spent the next 13 years at Rockwell International and Northrop overseeing research and project management. In 1991 she joined her family export business in charge of finance and new business development.

Christine is semi-retired from her business and has continued her love for teaching by tutoring chemistry and math in the South Bay area. She is an excellent communicator and has strong desire to make a difference in young people's lives.
