- Lesson time: Lessons are a minimum of one hour.
- Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required to cancel a lesson. If 24 hours notice is not given you must pay for the lesson you scheduled. Aside from this rule please avoid excessive cancellations. (Anything more than one out of five hours scheduled).
- Payment: Payment is rendered at the end of each lesson at first. Checks are written to the tutor you work with, not pvtutor. Cash or checks are both accepted. Once it has been a couple of weeks you may work out a schedule with the tutor where you pay him/her every two to four weeks if this is easier for you.
- Adult presence: For any students under the age of 18 the parent agrees to have an adult at the residence during the lesson who is within hearing distance of the student.
- Lesson location: Lessons held in a residence will be in an "open" area, such as the dining area, living room, etc.
